Working Principle: A pitting and pulping machine uses rotational motion and friction to break the fruit into small pieces while simultaneously removing the core. Specifically, a pitting and pulping machine typically consists of one or more rotating blades and a fruit and vegetable container. As the blades rotate, they interact with the container walls, creating friction and a crushing effect, gradually breaking the fruit into smaller pieces. Simultaneously, the blade design and motion of the blades separate the core from the fruit pulp and collect it in a specific location. A motor driven by a V-belt rotates the rotor at high speed. Fruit is fed into the machine through the inlet, where a feed paddle conveys the material onto a spiral conveyor bar. The bar then mashes the fruit. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the material passes through the sieve holes on the screen, and the juice and meat enter the next process. The core is discharged from the slag outlet through the slag blades to achieve separation.

It can also be used to further pulp thoroughly pre-cooked and softened vegetables such as carrots. It can also remove cores, peels, and pulp ripe stone fruits such as mangoes, peaches, apricots, and plums, as well as berries such as kiwis and tsaoko. This equipment is primarily used for pulping and pulping berries or pome fruits that have been crushed or softened in large juice and jam factories.

1. Main Structure: This machine consists of a frame, transmission mechanism, feed hopper, separation screen, upper and lower pulping drums, beating rotor, pulp outlet rear cover, and protective cover.
2. Working Principle: For stone fruits, an electric motor, driven by a V-belt, drives the beating blades of the beating rotor inside the beating drum to beat the fruit. This causes the fruit to rotate at high speed within the screen drum, where it rubs against the inner wall of the screen drum, breaking the fruit into smaller pieces. Once the fruit is broken down to smaller than the screen openings, centrifugal force forces the juice and pulp through the screen into the lower beating drum. The cores and larger peels are pushed by the beating blades to the pulp outlet. The pulp entering the lower beating drum is further thrown up by the beating blades, rubbing against the screen drum, breaking it down into smaller pieces. The pulp then passes through a finer screen and is discharged through the pulp outlet, completing the pulping process. Some small peel pieces are discharged through the secondary pulp outlet.
For berries and vegetables, the process is similar, but only some small peel pieces or smaller fruit pieces are discharged from the pulp outlet. Some fruit may be completely broken down and discharged simultaneously through the pulp outlet.


This machine is mainly used for pre-cooked and softened stone fruit or fruit such as hawthorn, jujube, apple, pear after the core, beating separation, can also be fully pre-cooked and pre-cooked after the softening of vegetables such as carrots and so on further crushed beating. Stone fruits such as mango, peach, apricot, plum and berries such as kiwi and grass plum can also be peeled and crushed after reaching high ripeness.
This equipment is mainly used in large juice and jam factories after crushing or after softening berries or fruit pulp separation.

2. Working principle:For stone fruits, the motor is driven by a V-shaped belt, so that the beater plate of the striking cylinder and the striking rotor strikes the material, and makes it rotate at high speed in the sieve cylinder and friction with the inner wall of the sieve cylinder, so that the fruit is broken, broken to less than the sieve hole, under the action of centrifugal force, the juice and pulp pass through the screen into the lower beater cylinder. The stone and the larger skin are pushed by the beater plate to the slag outlet. The pulp entering the lower beater cylinder is further thrown by the beater plate and the sieve cylinder is broken by friction through the finer screen and discharged by the pulp outlet to complete the beater. Some small pieces of peel are discharged from the secondary outlet.
For berries or vegetables, the working process is similar, but some small peels or smaller fruits are expelled from the slag port, some may be completely broken and discharged.
