Screw Juicer Machine Structure

The machine is mainly composed of motor, frame, front support, pressing screw, filter combination device, juice container, rear support, slag scraper and slag discharging assembly and other components. The left end of the pressing screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the machine through a pair of triangle pulleys.

Screw Juicer Machine Working Principle

The main component of the machine is the pressing screw. The bottom diameter of the pressing screw gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases along the direction of the slag outlet. When the material is pushed by the screw, the volume of the spiral cavity on the pressing screw is sequentially reduced, forming a pressure on the material. press. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise when viewed from the feed hopper to the slag discharge chute. When the material enters the feed hopper, it is pressed by the advancement of the pressing screw. The squeezed fruit and vegetable juice flows into the juice container at the bottom through the filter, while the fruit and vegetable residue passes between the pressing screw and the tapered part of the pressure regulating head. The gap formed between them is discharged. Changing the size of the slag discharge gap can change the juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, under the strong squeezing of the pressing screw, some of the particles in the slag may be squeezed out through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice output increases, the juice will not The quality is relatively reduced (the pulp and pulp fiber in the juice are relatively increased). The size of the slag discharge gap should be determined according to the customer's specific production process requirements.
