Colloid mill

Colloid mill consists of stainless steel, semi-stainless steel colloid mill, the basic principle of colloid mill is fluid or semi-fluid materials through the high-speed relative linkage between the fixed teeth and moving teeth, so that the material is subjected to strong shear, friction and high-frequency vibration and other roles, effectively crushed, emulsified, homogenized, warmed and combined, so as to obtain a satisfactory fine processing of the product.

Colloid mill Working Principle

The basic working principle of colloid mill is shearing, grinding and high-speed mixing. Grinding relies on the relative motion of two tooth-shaped surfaces, one of which rotates at high speed, the other is stationary, so that the material through the teeth between the surface is subjected to great shear and friction, and at the same time in the high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex, and other complex forces to make the material effectively dispersed, floatation, pulverization, homogenization. Colloid mill consists of three parts: grinding head, base transmission parts and motor. The parts in contact with the material are all made of high quality stainless steel, and the static and dynamic grinding discs are the key parts of the machine. According to the different nature of the material to be processed, the teeth of the grinding discs are different, but the material is made of stainless steel tools. The motor is specially designed according to the needs of colloid mill, and a water retaining disk is installed in the flange end cover of the motor to prevent leakage.
